Resources

In the library, students have access to a wide range of texts. We are constantly updating our stock to ensure it remains relevant to the curriculum, and to the reading interests of the students. We aim to provide texts that are accessible to a wide range of reading abilities.

Each student can borrow six items at a time for a period of two weeks. We encourage students to be responsible for any items they borrow and return them to the library on time, and in good condition. We do not charge for late returns but do expect students to bring in a replacement copy for any items lost or damaged.

Online library

Our online library allows students to browse the library catalogue from home, request resources, complete book reviews and access our recommended reading lists.

Opening times

The Library is open before school every morning 8:00-8:25am for students to select reading books or complete homework.

At break times, the library opens for our silent reading sessions Monday - Thursday.

At lunch times, students can select books, complete homework, and get help from the staff and the student helpers.

3-4pm each night the library runs a homework club.
